It's hard, when you live far away, and you're sending a sympathy arrangement for a funeral you cannot attend. Will the arrangement look the way you want? Will it be delivered on time? Pink Peony Florals made ordering easy. They accomodated my special requests, and kept me in the loop along the process. And they sent me a photo of the finished planter, so I knew exactly what it looked like! I heard feedback from family that did attend the funeral, and they said the planter was beautiful. When I ordered directly from the pink peony, I was given a call by the owner to verify what I ordered and review my orders with me. What a great customer service. Thing to do.
